Eric informed me of the increased use of public libraries during this slow economic season we are experiencing. Activities of increased use include the computer for job searches, movies for entertainment, books, etc.

We have recently begun a Friday afternoon ritual of heading to the library straight from picking up the little ones from the sitter's. LOVE the children's section on a Friday afternoon, it actually becomes our section as we are the only patrons. Anyway, we pick up movies for "family movie night" and I pick up a movie or 2-3 and hope for a good one for an in-home "date night"! The only trouble is to return them 3 days later to avoid the $1 a day overdue fine! So, this weekend Eric and I watched and thoroughly enjoyed "10 Items or Less". Actually, I was so into it, but still fell asleep. Usually I don't care and never finish the movies I sleep through. However this one I needed to finish on Sunday afternoon! We highly recommend this movie to anyone! So, look for my new column on the side entitled "10 Items or Less" with total inspiration from this flick!
