Funny Sights as of Late

In 10 items or less fashion, within the 12 days of Christmas. Or does the 12 days of Christmas start on Christmas? I cannot figure out if the 12 days of Christmas is before, or after Christmas.

1. Simon telling Pastor during the children's message: "Santa says ho ho ho".
2. Simon in his whitey-tighties, laying on his back on his bed, wiggling around. When asked what he is doing, he responds that his back is itchy. Hello winter dry skin and lotion.
3. Simon telling Pastor during another children's message: "Mommy puts lotion on me when my back itches".
4. Seen on a bumper sticker: "Save the ta tas", with the pink ribbon in the background.
5. Shopping cart road rage - seriously, just don't go shopping if you can't handle rush hour in the aisles.
6. Simon almost blurting to Eric what he got him for Christmas.
7. Norah refusing to take off a warm and cozy bathrobe, worn over her dress, just after opening it from her Aunt.
8. Simon and his cousin, who resemble each other, wearing the same P.J.s and each playing with the same toy from Grandma.
9. Norah snatching a cookie cooling on my cookie rack on the counter.
10. Norah sneakily snatching another cookie from the cookie rack on the counter. My own little cookie monster!
11.Norah confiscating all the bell ornaments from the tree. And not letting them go. Ever.
12. Simon asking tonight with a grin in his voice "Are we going to read from Luke 20?" Then deciding to put the wise men on the divider across from where the rest of the nativity is, because "the wise men were far - far away from Bethlehem."

What have you seen lately that sent you from grinning to smiling to chuckling to giggling to laughing to guffawing to snorting?

Hmmm my funny "seen" lately. I just finnish lecturing one of my students about not reaching her maximum potantial and telling her how I will be picking her up bright and early her first day of vacation because she's going to make up all her reading. I tell her Im taking her back to where she needs to be and I say "come on pick up your bag." Glumly she says "Its for you." Oooooh the irony. Poor girl. Luckily I waited to chuckle about it until AFTER I had dropped her off.

What does Nora do with the bells?

Norah just carries them in her hand, sometimes 2 at a time. Then she gets frustrated when she can't pick up a cup, play with a toy, or pick up another bell, or cause other mischief. Put the bell down? Now why would she consider that? She has always been one to just carry something around in her hand. Usually a hot wheel or other small toy. This time of year, an ornament and it is usually a bell!

I sometimes feel that way about my own robe.
