cute hat! had to post on the side comments ... working out even when Eric's not at home: so true! This last week all my exercise came in 15 minute spurts. I guess that's all the kids think they can spare me for!

Beth - yep, I just decided that if I can't get to the gym, I can use what I learned in all the great classes at home. So, on less activity days, I do things like sit ups, crunches, leg lifts, push ups, thigh excercises, etc. Not aerobic but hopefully it will help. It's hysterical watching Simon try to imitate me!!!
